CEO (Chief Executive Officer) - Suffolk Country FA

SUFFOLK Football Association are inviting applications for a new Chief Executive Officer.

The CEO will play a strategic role in shaping and managing the future of the organisation which controls football played at all levels in Suffolk.

The Association also champions initiatives on inclusion and diversity, and other forms of the game, such as walking football and futsal.

The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day running of Suffolk FA and management of a full-time team of 14 staff.

The CEO is responsible for increasing the profile of Suffolk FA and increasing participation at all levels of the grassroots game, including the running of the game, discipline, county cup competitions and regulations. The CEO is also responsible for the financial operations of the County Association.

The role will involve much collaborative working as Suffolk FA works closely with a range of partners including The Football Association, member clubs, leagues and volunteers.

The CEO will be expected to continue and improve these relationships, as well as forging relationships with new partners to develop and grow the services of Suffolk FA.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide the leadership, personality and skills to take Suffolk FA forward in the exciting phase of its development over the next five years.

The role would suit somebody with a track record of strategic management, experience of managing change and personnel skills in leadership and management.

The position will have a competitive salary plus benefits.
