Overview of the role:

  • Deliver acquisition leads for Club Wembley
  • Responsible for Club Wembley awareness through media channels
  • Development and delivery of acquisition CRM campaigns; working closely with the CRM manager
  • Responsible for the marketing of Concerts & other events at Wembley Stadium to Club Wembley members
  • Responsible for the marketing of Wembley stadium events outside of Club Wembley
  • Understand the Club Wembley audience, current and future and deliver insights to drive acquisition  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the Club Wembley media agency to deliver overall awareness for Club Wembley
  • Work with Two Circles and the CRM Manager to drive acquisition through CRM campaigns
  • Development of the Club Wembley Acquisition website and understanding the customer journey
  • Use of key audience profiling to target potential Club Wembley members
  • Reporting of all activity on a daily and weekly basis for SMT purposes
  • Development of all sales material; working closely with the IMG team
  • Development of an event strategy to drive acquisition (working closely with the Loyalty Marketing Executive)
  • Brand guardian for Club Wembley and overall sign-off on all brand elements
  • Delivery of all match day and event marketing at Wembley
  • Close working with Wembley Stadium marketing team and the FA marketing to drive acquisition and ensure a joined up approach
  • Work with IMG to drive and control their initiative
  • Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet Club Wembley changing priorities

Who we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience and produce relevant campaigns
  • Proven track record for developing and delivery of acquisition strategies
  • Worked with or as part of a marketing team
  • Strong communication skills – especially via digital channels
  • An interest in sport and entertainment
  • Marketing background with an understanding of hospitality programmes
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems
  • Qualification in either CRM, Marketing, Data or other role related qualification
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, (thorough knowledge of Excel an advantage
