Football Development Assistant   

Thursday 4th January 2018.


This role will report to the Senior Football Development Officer.  

The successful applicant will: 
• Deliver programmes to grow participation.  
• Support the Football Development department. 
• Support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.

The successful applicant will need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level; be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. They will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service, be able to work as part of a team with excellent planning, communication and presentation skills. 

The post is full-time and based at Kent FA’s Headquarters in Ditton, near Aylesford.

Interviews will be held week commencing 8th or 15th January 2018.  

The post requires an Enhanced Criminal Records Check and checks against the Barred Lists and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974). Therefore all convictions including spent convictions that have not been subject to filtering by the DBS should be declared.
