The Football Association Group (The FA) is seeking to recruit this new role in the FA Equality Team, to review the Equality Education Programme and advise on and develop a revised programme. The appointment will be reviewed after 9-12 months.   
 
The position reports directly to the Equality Manager in the Equality and Child Protection Department at The FA Group and is based at The FA Offices of Wembley Stadium, London.
 
The successful applicant must be self a starter, passionate about equality, diversity and inclusive practices, have a proven track record in reviewing, developing and delivering impactful inclusion education programmes and effectively work as part of a team.  
 
The Inclusion Education Advisor role will work with various football organisations within the professional and grassroots game as well as FA Learning (FAL) and the existing pool of FAL licensed equality tutors. The post holder will also be expected to offer advice and support as required, attending internal and external meetings and training when required.
 
Excellent organisational, communication, presentation and facilitation skills and experience of managing own workloads, are also necessary.

In addition you must manage multiple priorities, work effectively to agreed timelines, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence at all levels.
