Football Programmes Administrator

 

 

Job Purpose:

  • To deliver effective support across the delivery team and to London FA customers

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide quality support for London FA clubs and leagues
  • Lead the Charter Standard assessment and Annual Health Check process
  • Promote the key London FA programmes to customers
  • Support customers to deliver key London FA programmes with excellence
  • Support the delivery team in meeting the key elements of the London FA strategy
  • Collaborate with the workforce team to ensure an appropriate spread of qualifications and training to meet the need of customers
  • Oversee the operations of London FA funding rounds and assist clubs with eligibility requirements and the application process
  • Lead on the administration of participation campaigns and events to maximise the number of people playing football
  • Ensure safeguarding is embedded into all work and activities

General

  • To provide support with responding to general enquiries by phone and email
  • To provide administration assistance on updating and maintaining player records, updating suspensions, taking payments, affiliation and sanctioning process
  • To target the recruitment and engagement of non-affiliated clubs and leagues to join the London FA
  • Commitment to on-going professional development
  • To support the delivery of other key areas of the business and ad hoc tasks as required

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills to deliver results within agreed time frames
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent administration  and IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise and structure a varied work programme
  • Attention to detail and capable of maintaining accurate records across a number of different platforms
  • Effective communicator  both verbal and written
  • Ability to read, digest and assimilate information quickly and effectively
  • Able to effectively monitoring and evaluation
  • Ability to review process and make improvements to make
  • Willingness to take initiative
